Dr. Avinash Poddar is a Chartered Accountant turned Advocate. Dr Poddar is Founder & Managing Partner of "M/s. ASHVA Legal Advisors LLP", a boutique law firm which specialises in Tax, Commercial & Corporate Law Litigation, Cyber Law and Arbitration. He is having post qualification experience of more than 25 years. 17 years as a practicing Chartered Accountant and thereafter as an Advocate since April’ 2017.

He earned multiple qualifications including Master of Laws Bachelor of Law (LL.B), Doctorate of Philosophy (PhD, in GST), Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA), Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Diploma in Information System Audit (DISA), Post Graduate Certificate in Cyber Crime (PGCCL) and also passed Insolvency Professional Examination (IBBI). He is Practicing in the field of Indirect Taxation (GST, Central Excise, Customs, Service Tax and VAT); Direct Tax, PMLA, Benami Transaction, Corporate Laws, RERA, IBC, Cyber Crime and Arbitration and is Regularly appearing before Hon’ble Supreme Court, various High Courts, Court of Sessions, Special Courts, NCLT, NCLAT and Other Special Tribunals.

He entered into the journey of authorship & has authored more than 20 books on Service Tax, Excise & now on Goods & Services Tax including one motivational book titled Unleash Your Hidden Potential. Presently working on authoring a Commentary on GST. Also writing Articles regularly for various journals & online portals.

He believes in sharing his experiences and learnings and therefore has deliberated in more that 1500 National, Regional & other conferences by various professional institutes including IIT Bombay. He is a music Lover, a Singer & Ex-Cricket Player. Active not only as academician but also socially. He is winner of many prestigious Awards & Recognitions. Ms. Anchal Poddar is a Chartered Accountant turned Advocate. Ms. Poddar is Co- Founder of “M/s ASHVA Legal Advisors LLP”. She advocate not only for legal disputes but also for natural health. She with a diverse background spanning taxation, law, and holistic wellness is deeply passionate about helping individuals take charge of their health—naturally.

Her journey from corporate boardrooms to health advocacy has been both transformational and purpose driven. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2002 and spent over a decade in the corporate world with organizations like Kotak Mahindra and Suresh Surana & Associates. Later, Co-founded AAP & Co with Dr. Avinash Poddar, offering strategic tax and legal consultancy. She has been Awarded the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women Entrepreneur Scholarship through ISB (2013) & was selected for the Ambassadors & Growth Program at IIM Bangalore (2020), a Goldman Sachs 10K Women initiative. She passed Insolvency Professional Exam (IBBI), Completed LL.B. in 2022. She represent clients before various High Courts in GST, Income Tax, Corporate Law, Insolvency, and Benami matters. She has a Personal Health Awakening a sudden encounter with chronic health issues leading to question conventional treatments. Her search for lasting wellness brought me to the wisdom of India’s ancient Natural Health Science. Embracing this lifestyle has enabled her to live 555+ days medicine-free, with renewed energy, clarity, and vitality.

She is a prolific speaker and trying to channelise her experience into her another venture—“Food That Heals”—a platform dedicated to promoting regenerative nutrition, conscious eating, and sustainable health.

Mr. Dalmia has been working extensively in GST training and implementation in India and has also handled VAT implementation projects in KSA (Saudi). He has taken more than 500 workshops and trainings on various forums - ICAI, ASSOCHAM, CII, PHD Chamber of commerce and trade association in India, UAE and KSA. He is a faculty in ICAI to train professionals for GST in India and VAT for UAE. He is also a special Invitee to Indirect Tax Committee of ICAI for year 2018-19 and has co-authored the book "GST A Practical Approach" published by Taxman.

Currently, Mr. Dokania practices as an Advocate and Insolvency Professional, having successfully managed more than ten insolvency assignments.
